- SRL Global (Statistical Research Laboratory) was established as a specialist trading and technology joint venture with Man Group Plc
- SRL Global developed a proprietary enterprise-wide investment platform; the Nexus Platform.
- After a successful management buy-out, SRL Global became an independent company majority owned by the employees and backed by a syndicate of ex-Man Group board-members.
- RIT Capital Partners Plc (the publicly traded Investment Trust in which Lord Rothschild and his family are substantial investors) made a substantial investment in SRL Global.
- With a shareholder base of Ultra-High-Net-Worth individuals and Family Offices, SRL Global opened up its technology solution to large Family Offices with Assets Under Management greater than 1Bn Euros.
